1. Who we are

This site is an advertising directory. We provide space for independent adult service providers to advertise. We are not a party to any arrangement made between an advertiser and anyone who contacts them.

2. Age

You must be eighteen years or older to use this site, to hold an account or to appear in any listing. There are no exceptions.

3. Advertiser obligations

• You must complete age and identity verification before publishing
• Every photo must be of you, current, and yours to use
• You must be entitled to work in New Zealand and to do this work here
• You must not advertise on behalf of anyone else
• You must not publish a street address or the exact location of a private residence

4. Payment

Listing fees are payable in advance by bank transfer, using the reference on your invoice. Fees are for advertising space only. We take no commission and no share of any earnings. Fees are not refundable once a listing has been published.

5. Moderation

We review every listing before publication and may decline, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion. Listings reported for suspected underage involvement or coercion are removed immediately pending review.

6. Your data

See our privacy policy. You may request removal of your account and all associated content at any time from your account page.

7. Liability

To be drafted by the operator's solicitor.

8. Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
